Day two of NRF for the Lexmark/AccessVia team and we have some exciting news to share.
This year, AccessVia placed in 25 Top Ten categories of the Retail Info Systems (RIS) LeaderBoard Survey, making it our highest ranking yet. AccessVia, a business unit of Lexmark, is the technology behind Lexmark’s Retail Signage solution.
The RIS Software LeaderBoard has been called the “Oscars of retailing.” Every year, the RIS Software LeaderBoard survey ranks retail technology vendors based on customer satisfaction and highlights those vendors through head-to-head comparisons based on their scores.
From one system, retailers get high quality, accurate shelf-edge signs, labels, digitals signs, electronic shelf labels (ESLs) and more. AccessVia software is also available in the cloud, delivering to retailers a comprehensive signage solution without having to operate the technology. The industry leader for retail signage, AccessVia is most notably recognized in the 2013 RIS Software LeaderBoard for excellent customer service.
According to the RIS report, one survey participant said, “The working relationship with AccessVia/Lexmark has been one of the most enjoyable. Even before the contract was signed, they demonstrated how responsive they could be to customer requests. They are a dedicated/customer-focused team.”
“AccessVia has always placed well in our RIS Software LeaderBoard,” said Joe Skorupa, editor-in-chief of RIS News. “They have a well-deserved reputation as a company you can trust to meet or exceed expectations. Their acquisition by Lexmark is a big turning point for this small company, but it hasn’t seemed to change who they are and how they deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction.”
Joe also stopped by the booth and congratulated us at NRF yesterday. Watch the video below to listen to his comments.
