Lexmark’s ‘Trailblazing’ CEO

Chairman and CEO Paul Rooke continues to receive industry accolades. The latest comes from industry analyst firm Photizo, which published an article describing Rooke as a “visionary.”

Rooke’s profile is part of a series of articles in Photizo’s MPS Insights Journal highlighting leaders who’ve made a difference in the managed print services market.

The article, entitled “Paul Rooke – Lexmark’s Trailblazing CEO,” begins:   “There’s a new look to Lexmark these days. Something that was considered impossible only a few years ago has caused this printer company to take on a new meaning, a new spirit, and a healthier attitude than it had in the recent past. Paul Rooke, Lexmark International’s third CEO, has already left his mark as one of the most innovative CEOs in the imaging industry.”

The article goes on to discuss Lexmark’s inkjet and acquisition strategies, noting: “One thing that is certain is that future acquisitions will complement and enhance the firm and will involve companies with technologies that have a high potential for synergy.”
